From The Cockpit
From the Cockpit is a series of books written by pilots and ground crews, allowing a new insight into the capabilities of each subject aircraft type. Their flying characteristics, take-off and landing requirements, maintenance and warload delivery are covered, and in addition to the author's narrative there are many anecdotes about service use and squadron life from other contributors. Each title includes over one hundred b+w photos, plus four pages of colour profile drawings including the author's own aircraft.
