Introduction

This is a survey of French aviation, defence and aircraft scale modelling magazines. The French publishing industry produces arguably some of the world's finest aircraft magazines. All feature top quality printing of photographs and colour artwork, excellent writing and a very diverse range of subject matter. In fact, French magazines repeatedly feature subjects which would be commercial suicide in most other countries. As a result, the magazines listed here offer an extremely varied and interesting range of topics.
