The title ‘Amina & Diplomatia’ means Defense & Diplomacy. Published for the first time in 1990, ‘Amina & Diplomatia’ covers issues of political, diplomatic, economic and military interest in Greece and Southeast Europe. Many of the articles published in Defense & Diplomacy discuss sensitive issues, such as procurement programs and intelligence issues. The magazine has the exclusive rights to publish, in the Greek language, “Strategic Comments”, the most reliable source of information on international security and other political and military issues. “Strategic Comments” are issued by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). “Strategic Comments” is worldwide one of the most trusted sources of accurate and objective information for politicians, diplomats, analysts external relations, businessmen, economists, military and defense analysts, journalists, members of the university community and the general public. A monthly periodical with the first issue appearing in August 1990, the original publisher was called Daphne. From 2006 onwards, the magazine has been published by “Expansion Consulting Solutions” – a company owned by the editor Alexander Turks. Issue 72 was dated April 1997.
