Subtitled ‘The International Journal of Military Aviation’. First issue dated April-May 1997. A magazine devoted to world military aviation, with an emphasis on the US armed forces. Includes regular features on aircraft types, world air forces, US military aviation, warbirds and historical subjects. Highly illustrated, with many colour photos and colour and line drawings.

Launched as a replacement for ‘Air Fan International’ (see above). This new title was much more successful than it’s predecessor, but publication dates became erratic during 2002 and in April 2003 it was taken over by the British ‘Ian Allan’ publishing group.

Publishers: AIRtime Publishing Inc. April 1997-April 2003, Ian Allan Publishing April 2003-present.

Publisher & Editor: Mel Williams. Technical Editor: Rene J Francillon April 1997-1998, Editor: David Donald March 2001-August 2002, (Editorial Director September 2002-April 2003), ? May 2003-present.
