First published in 1980, as a bi-monthly magazine, but quarterly for volume 3 then ceased publication. ‘High Flight’ concentrated on relatively long articles on the RCAF, CAF and it’s famous aviators. Most of the contents related to historical subjects – well researched articles or pictorial features. Illustrated with many rare b+w photos, side view markings drawings and some 3-view drawings. Tabulated individual aircraft histories were often included. Each issue comprised 40 pages, except for Vol.3 Nos 3 and 4 which had only 24 pages.
