‘Sport Flying’ was a fun flying magazine. It covered homebuilts, classic aircraft, warbirds and antique machines. Features included flight test reports, personalities, restoration activities, air displays etc. It was first published in May 1967 as a monthly, but in 1972 it became bi-monthly and then in 1975 it moved to quarterly pubication under the title ‘Sport Flying Quarterly’. Sometime after October 1979 it was absorbed by ‘Air Progress’.
