Introduction
This is a survey of Dutch aviation, defence and aircraft scale modelling magazines. The Netherlands is the home of some of the keenest and most adventurous aircraft spotters to be found anywhere. (Dutch spotters were amongst the first to explore Eastern Europe following the fall of the Berlin Wall). As a result, a large number of Dutch amateur aviation groups have published magazines to record their activities. In contrast, the professionally produced publications don’t seem to be nearly as successful.
All magazines are Dutch text only, unless otherwise stated.
