'Aviation Week & Space Technology' describes itself as the world's leading aviation and aerospace publication, reporting on technology developments, business news, and operations strategies in all sectors of the industry – commercial, military, and space. It's origins lie in the original McGraw-Hill weekly, 'Aviation' (see above). 'Aviation Week' was formed on 7 July 1947 by the merger of 'Aviation' and 'Aviation News'.
