What's Here:

The City of Norwich Aviation Museum is located at the edge of Norwich Airport, allowing viewing of airport activity. The internal displays trace the history of aviation in Norfolk, particularly at RAF Horsham St Faith and in the Norwich area. One hall is devoted to the work of 100 Group, RAF Bomber Command, the radio countermeasures unit and the presence of the USAAF 8th Air Force in East Anglia during World War Two.

Location:

In Horsham St Faith village, 3 miles north of Norwich. Signposted off the A140 Norwich-Cromer road. No access from Norwich Airport. See this location on Microsoft Live Search Maps

Opening Hours:

April 1 - October 31: Tuesday to Saturday 10.00 am to 5.00 pm, Sunday & Bank Holidays 12.00 noon to 5.00 pm; also every Monday 10.00 am to 5.00 pm during August; November 1 - March 31: Wednesday & Saturday 10.00 am to 4.00 pm, Sunday & Bank Holidays 12.00 noon to 4.00 pm.
Closed between Christmas and New Year.

Admission:

£3.00 adults, £2.50 OAPs, £1.50 children, £8.00 families. Children under five free.

Amenities:

Picnic area, Toilets, Parking, Cafe, Souvenir shop.
