2.Flight was formed in 1963 and conducted all helicopters operations until 1999, when 3.Flight was activated to operate the Aerospatiale Ecureuil.

3. Flight
Jamaican Defence Force

History

3.Flight was activated 1999 to operate the Aerospatiale Ecureuil. From 2007 the unit received the first of four Bell 407, which will replace the AS-355, which will be sold.

History

The school was formed on 7.12.2006 with the arrival of the Diamond DA-40-180FP Diamond Star. The unit received a Bell 206 in 2008, donated by Canada.
