History

One AB.47J-2A Ranger was acquired by the CNGAW in 1964 for light transport and liaison duties. A second example was obtained in 1967. They were sold off circa 1972, before the Turkish invasion in 1974. Some sources report that an AB.47G was also acquired in 1970, but this appears unlikely.
