1918-1945
Before 1945 the Finnish national insignia was a light blue swastika on a white disc. The association of this marking with Nazi Germany meant this marking had to be replaced in 1945. The main marking is displayed in the standard six positions on aircraft. A fin flash is not carried. Aircraft did not carry service titles.
