Forty-five F-16C Block 30 aircraft ordered from manufacturer under Peace Marble II (serials 301-399). Delivered 1987 - 1988. Second batch of 30 Block 40 aircraft obtained under Peace Marble III (serials 501-599) and delivered 1991-1993. Total of 95 C models acquired. Used for fighter-bomber duties. Hebrew names mean Lightning.

F-16D used for fighter-bomber duties and by 101 sqn for SEAD duties. Hebrew names mean Thunderbolt.
