Ilyushin Il-28/Harbin H-5 * Retired *
One Il-28 delivered from the USSR on 23 February 1957 (or 1959 according to Ref.4). Used by 7594 Regiment at Rinas in the bomber role. In 1971, the Russian-built Il-28 was exchanged for a Chinese-built version (Harbin H-5). Used by 7594 Regiment for target towing (for AA gunners) and ECM/ELINT duties. Withdrawn from use in 1992 and stored in the open at Tiranë-Rinas.

According to Ref.3 below, aircraft 3608 is stored but still serviceable, and will be returned to target towing duties after 2005.
