Apiay / Base Aérea Militar 3 Gómez Niño (ICAO Code: SKAP)
The base became operational on 15.5.1947 as Aeródromo Nacional de Apiay and was renamed on 17.11.1948 as Base Aérea de Apiay. The Comando Aéreo de Combate 2 is based here.

Barranquilla / Base Aérea Militar 4 Atlántico / Ernesto Cortossoz AP (ICAO Code: SKBQ)
The base was operational from 1942 to 1945 and was reactivated in 1977. The Comando Aéreo de Combate 3 is based here.

Isla San Andrés / Base Aérea Gustavo Pinilla (ICAO Code: SKSP)
The base became operational in 1981. The Grupo Aéreo del Caribe is based here.

Leticia / Base Aérea Leticia / General Alfredo Vásquez Cobo IAP (ICAO code: SKLT)
The base became operational in 2006.

Madrid / Base Aérea Madrid (ICAO code: SKMA)
The base became operational in 1924 as Base Aérea “Justino Mariño”. The Comando Aéreo de Mantenimiento is based here.

Medellin / Base Aérea Militar 6 Rionegro / José María Córdova IAP (ICAO code: SKRG)
The base became operational in 10.5.1947. The Comando Aéreo de Combate 5 is based here.

Melgar / Base Aérea Militar 5 Luis Pinto (ICAO Code: SKME)
The base became operational in 1954 as Base Aérea Militar Gral Rojas Pinilla. It got the present name in 1963. The Comando Aéreo de Combate 4 is based here.

The base became operational on 17.4.1939 as Base Auxiliar de Tres Esquinas. The name was changed to Base Aérea Capitán Ernesto Esguerra Cubides on 13.2.1990. The Comando Aéreo de Combate 6 is based here.

El Yopal / Base Aérea El Yopal / El Alcaraván AP (ICAO Code: SKYP)
The base became operational in 10.2006. The Grupo de Combate 22 is based here.
