Unit History
1° Escuadrón de Caza
Role: Fighter.
The 1° Escuadrón de Caza was formed as Escuadrilla de Caza in 1942 with P-35A. On
19.7.1947 the unit was reequipped with P-47D. At a later date the squadron was
renamed 10° Escuadrón de Caza and was disbanded
at the end of 1966 and the aircraft were scrapped.
