The main marking is displayed in 2 positions on the fuselage sides of some aircraft and helicopters. The fin flash is displayed on the tailfin. Most aircraft have FAS and the serial number applied on the fin, while many helicopters have FAS and the serial number applied on the fuselage. Some aircraft and helicopters just show the serial number on the fuselage or tailfin.
