Narrative Summary:
A Netherlands Government Air Transport (NGAT) unit was established in 1944, to provide air transport for the Dutch Government in exile in the UK. After the liberation of the Netherlands, the unit returned home. The Netherlands government currently operates a Fokker 70 as a means of transport for the Dutch Royal family and government officials, such as the prime minister and other ministers.
