5 SH-34J aircraft from US Navy under MDAP , delivered 5 January 1960, serialled 8-5 to 8-9 (later 141 to 145). Two examples (142 & 144) converted to UH-34J in 1966.
1 aircraft HUS-1 Sea Horse, delivered 26 June 1963. Converted to UH-34J standard, serial 134.
6 aircraft SH-34J from US Navy, delivered 4 September 1961 to 26 June 1963. Serialled 135 to 140. Three examples (135, 137, 138) converted to UH-34J.
All used by 8 sqn for ASW and later with 7 Sqn for SAR/transport. Survivors withdrawn 5 April 1972.
