Aircraft Types NOT Used
This page gives details of some of the aircraft types that were offered or promised to the Slovenian Air Force but not delivered, cancelled official orders, and types have been falsely reported as being in service.
Canadair CL-215
In 1994, four examples were acquired by Slovenia from the Yugoslav Air Force and then sold on to Greece by 1995. The aircraft concerned were JRV serials 72202, 72203, 72204 and 72301. They were not operated by the Slovenian Air Force.
IAI Kfir
There were some rumours about the purchase of Israeli IAI Kfir fighter jets in 1996. The deal never took place.
