Main marking
Fin Flash
The main marking is displayed in 6 positions (i.e. above and below each wing, and on each side of the fuselage). The fin flash is displayed on the tailfin. No service titles are carried.
Turkish Mapping aircraft serials currently consist of a 4-digit number in the 40xx range, e.g. King Air 200 4006. This scheme seems to have been originally inpired by the construction numbers of the Do 28Ds originally used. Prior to this a variety of serial number and civil registration markings were used.
