Aircraft Types NOT Used
This page gives details of some of the aircraft types that were offered or promised to the Yugoslav/Serbia Air Force but not delivered, cancelled official orders, and types have been falsely reported as being in service.
Agusta AB.205A
The AB.205A has never been operated by the Serbian Air Force.
Gates Learjet 35
The Learjet 35 was not used by the Yugoslav Air Force. In fact, it was used by the Government VIP unit.
Mikoyan-Gurevitch MiG-15UTI Midget
The MiG-15UTI was not used by the Yugoslav Air Force. The T-33 was used instead.
Mil Mi-17 Hip
The Mi-17 helicopters reported in service are operated by the Police and not the Serbian Air Force.
Mil Mi-24 Hind
The Mi-24 helicopters reported in service are operated by the Police and not the Serbian Air Force.
Pilatus PC-6/B Turbo Porter
This STOL transport was not used by the Serbian Air Force.
Yakovlev Yak-11 Moose
The Yak-11 tandem two-seat trainer was not used by the Yugoslav Air Force.
