Fizir FP-2
One prototype Fizir FP-2 delivered in late 1933. 420 hp Gnôme-Rhône K-7 engine. In 1934 the prototype aircraft was fitted with a 320 hp Walter Pollux II engine, but this was not successful. In 1935 a batch of 20 aircraft was ordered from Zmaj, with deliveries beginning in early 1936. An additional forty-five were delivered from Zmaj between 1938 and 1940. Five of these aircraft were modified to serve as instrument flying trainers. A last production batch of fifteen was ordered in 1940, but still under construction at the time of the April 1941 invasion. At this time, 36 aircraft were serving with the pilot schools and 15-20 with the training and school squadrons. The Italians captured 13 aircraft, while the Germans captured at least 15 aircraft and passed them to the Croatian Air Force.
