‘Boletin de Informaciones Aeronauticas’ was first launched on 27 October 1941 by the Army Aviation Command to raise the general aeronautical knowledge of aviation personnel. During its subsequent history it evolved considerably, through various title changes and redesigns, to become one of the major aeronautical magazines of Latin America.
A monthly general interest aircraft magazine, it provided coverage of civil, commercial, sport and military aviation in Argentina and around the world.
In February 1945 it was renamed ‘Revista de Informaciones Aeronauticas‘.
