Main Genre: modelling
Like Model Art (see above), Scale Aviation tends to focus on one single aircraft subject per issue. First published in February 1998 and billed as a `visual bimonthly for scale aircraft modellers` it does exactly what it says on the cover, including colour slide views and 1/48 scale plans of the subject. Another section features photos from the same publisher’s Aero Detail series, with bilingual English-Japanese captions. A spin-off from ‘Model Graphix’ with 120 pages in each issue.
