Civil Aircraft Registrations

During the Belgian Mandate era civil aircraft based in Ruanda-Urundi used the Belgian registration sequence of OO-xxx. In 1962 the sequence BR-xxx was adopted. Upon independence in 1965, the sequence 9U-xxx was adopted.
