Six An-74 have been reported in Ukrainian Air Force service, but these aircraft were actually MVD/Government operated.

The five An-124s that operate in Ukraine are flown by Antonov Airlines.
Ilyushin Il-28 ‘Beagle’
Two Il-28s are preserved in Ukraine, but these aircraft never flew with the Air Force.

Sukhoi Su-7BM ‘Fitter’
The Su-7BMs inherited from the Soviet Union were not put into Ukrainian Air Force service.
Yakovlev Yak-18
Two Yak-18s are preserved in Ukraine, but these aircraft never flew with the Air Force.
Yakovlev Yak-52
Wikipedia reports that the Ukrainian Air Force operates 20 Yak-52Ms for training. In fact these aircraft are operated by the TSOU Military Sports Society.
