Milkoyan-Gurevitch MiG-21F-13 Fishbed 
Total of twelve MiG-21F-13 delivered from September 1963 (from batches 10 and 11). Used by 19 IAP for the interceptor fighter role. Survivors were later converted to MiG-12F-13R reconnaissance variant, serving with the 26 RAP. Withdrawn from service in 1988. Three lost in accidents. Two scrapped. (Possible c/ns 741011-741020, 741101 + one). Military Type Number 7274.

Fifty MiG-21PFM delivered in 1965 (12 aircraft), 1977-78 (36 aircraft) and 1984 (2 aircraft). All ex-Soviet AF aircraft. Used by 15 IAP at Ravnets for the interceptor fighter role. Later used at the training base at Kamenets. Withdrawn from service during 1992. Seven aircraft lost in crashes. Four aircraft exported and 23 scrapped. Military Type Number 7294.

Some aircraft later adapted to the reconnaissance role as MiG-21MFRs with recce/ELINT pods from the MiG-21Rs and used by 26 RAP at Dobrich. Withdrawn from service in 2000. Some were MiG-21MF-75 version. Six aircraft lost in accidents, and one scrapped.

Mikoyan-Gurevitch MiG-21U/US/UM Fishbed 
One MiG-21U delivered from manufacturer in 1966, and shared between the MiG-21 regiments. Withdrawn from early in the early 1990s. MiG-21U Military Type Number 7266? Five MiG-21US delivered in 1969 (1 aircraft from batch 34) and 1970 (four aircraft from batch 43). Shared between MiG-21 regiments. Withdrawn from service in 1992. One written-off after a hard landing in 1982, one crashed in 1985, one exported in 1992, one scrapped at Graf Ingatievo circa 1995, one preserved in museum.

Thirty-three MiG-21UM delivered from May 1974 to 1981 (27 aircraft) and in 1990 (6 ex-Soviet aircraft). Used by 3 IAB at Graf Ignatievo for the conversion training role. Eight MiG-21UM were lost in accidents. About ten sold to India in 1994. Withdrawn from service in 2000. One sold to civil use in Australia 2003.
